MESS "Stars of Occupational Safety Awards" found their winners

MESS, Turkey's largest employer union, has been supporting the work in the field of Occupational Health and Safety since 2015 with the understanding of "new generation unionism" and the vision for the future. MESS, through its Technology Center MEXT, carries out projects to spread new generation artificial intelligence-supported applications in the field of Occupational Health and Safety in our country's industry. At the same time, with the aim of spreading the Occupational Health and Safety culture and "zero accidents" , it rewards the best projects and practices of its members every year as a result of a comprehensive evaluation process.

WINNERS WERE DETERMINED WITH 53 THOUSAND VOTES

The projects, which were pre-evaluated by the Technical Committee, were then subjected to a public vote and jury evaluation with the participation of 53,000 people. In the competition where the winners were announced during Occupational Health and Safety week, 33 projects were deemed worthy of awards from 270 candidates in 5 different categories.

TOTAL 33 AWARDS IN 5 CATEGORIES

While the winner of the Holistic Health Management Category was Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. , the recommended applications were the projects developed by Oyak Renault Otomobil Fabrikaları A.Ş. and Siemens Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

While the winner of the Behavior Focused Category was Oyak Horse Machinery Team Trade and Industry Inc., the recommended applications were the projects developed by Çimtaş Pipe Manufacturing and Trade Co. Ltd. and Formiva Automotive Inc.

While the winner of the Digital OHS Category was Türk Traktör and Ziraat Makineleri A.Ş., the recommended applications were the projects developed by Borçelik Çelik Sanayii Tic. A.Ş. and İmer-L&T İş Makinaları A.Ş.

While the winner of the OHS Special Award Workplaces with 1-499 Employees Category was TKG Adapazarı Automotive Industry and Trade Inc., the recommended applications were the projects developed by Beyçelik Gestamp Technology and Mold Industry Inc. and Pimsa Automotive Textiles Industry Trade Inc.

While the winner of the OHS Special Award in the Workplaces with 500-1499 Employees Category was Aka Automotive Industry and Trade Inc. , the recommended applications were the projects developed by Olgun Çelik Industry and Trade Inc. and Schneider Electric Industry and Trade Inc.

The winner of the OHS Special Award Workplaces with More than 1500 Employees Category was Ford Automotive Industry Inc. , while the recommended applications were the projects developed by Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. and BSH Ev Aletleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

In the OHS Ambassadors category, where projects implemented as a result of suggestions made by field workers were evaluated, 15 companies were awarded:
